Autumn Equinox Fire Ceremony and Sound Healing Concert

  • Honey's Harvest Farm 5801 Brookswood Road Lothian, MD, 20711 United States (map)

Get ready to release tension and stress and rejuvenate as we welcome autumn with this healing fire ceremony and sound bath concert!

We invite you to Honey’s Autumn Equinox Fire Ceremony and Sound Healing Concert on Saturday September 23, 2023 at 7pm! We will enjoy the Fire and Concert on the lawn at Honey’s Harvest Farm overlooking the fields and forest. The Fire Ceremony is a tradition passed down from our predecessors often used for connecting with the rhythms of nature during transitions such as season changes. We will learn the basics of the tradition, release our stressors into the fire and enjoy its beauty and warmth before we settle in to our chosen location on the lawn to bask in the healing vibrations of the concert.

Bring your yoga mats, blankets, pillows, lawn chairs, whatever makes you comfortable to enjoy the healing sounds of these amazingly talented musicians! The healing tones of the sun gong, auto harp, singing bowls and chimes are sure to lull you into a relaxed state, allowing you to be free from the day to day of life and to simply enjoy the peaceful and healing vibrations. Our talented musicians Herb Harris, Connar Willman, and Wendy Contic will play for 20-30 minutes each in their varying styles as we dream, meditate, sleep, relax, or simply bask in the healing music.

Honey’s Harvest Farm will treat us to elderberry syrup shots upon arrival. Afterward, we will enjoy quiet conversation while sipping Honey’s Harvest’s organically grown herbal tea and elderberry-apple hot toddies.

We will hold this sound healing concert under the stars unless weather requires us to be inside the historic Tobacco Barn with fans and soft lighting.

“It was lovely. Grateful to have shared the energy and evening.” – Summer Solstice Sound Healing Concert participant
