Marketing Assistant

Ready to make the world a healthier place? Passionate about organic food, regenerative farming, Mother Earth, and holistic health and wellness? We are currently seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant. Join our team and help spread the news of Honey’s Harvest Farm and Rejuvenate with Anna!

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing campaigns to promote various farm products, workshops, experiences, retreats (including direct emails, newsletters, social media, and paid ads)

  • Post on social media in conjunction with Marketing Consultant and Farm Owner

  • Gather content for marketing at farm store, workshops, and markets, including photos, videos, and information

  • Create educational and marketing materials with Canva

  • Responsible for marketing projects assigned

Qualifications

  • Marketing background

  • Knowledgeable about and proficient with proven marketing campaign creation

  • Innovative

  • Video Editing and creation skills

  • Photography skills

  • Expert with social media

  • Interested and familiar with holistic health and wellness experiences and products

  • Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and in a group

  • Able to work both in person and remotely

  • Able to work weekends during events, markets, and store hours to assist, support, sell, and capture content

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, video editing, Shopify, social media marketing, brand development, and photo and video shoot coordination

Farm Store Manager

Ready to make the world a healthier place? LOVE organic food, regenerative farming, hard work, and fun? Come manage our farm store and our cooperative farmers’ and artisans’ market with the most passionate farm team on Earth!

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all farm store and farmers market operations

  • Ensures safe and proper handling, ordering, storage, and sale of all products

  • Handles product inventory tracking, rotation, and reporting

  • Sales and marketing in-store, at markets and other retail stores, and online

  • Creates a fun, educational, and welcoming farm store and farm market environment

  • Responsible for farm store hours of operation and all duties associated with the proper store operations, policies and procedures, scheduling of staff members, and hiring and training of any new store team members

  • Responsible for online sales, including product shipping in a safe and timely fashion in accordance with company policies

  • Assists with First and Third Sunday Market administration, organization and operation

  • Assists with workshops and events as needed

  • Responsible for projects assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be passionate about herbal medicines, teas, farm fresh plans and products, healthy living, and holistic wellness

  • Experience in some of the following is required: regenerative or organic farming or gardening, herbalism, retail, sales and marketing, inventory control, holistic health

  • Must have retail experience and be versed in point-of-sale systems and marketing displays and be able to apply them to Honey’s Farm Store effectively

  • Must work well with Honey’s Team Members in a collaborative, caring, and committed fashion

  • Must authentically align with the Purpose, Vision, and Mission of Honey’s Harvest Farm
