Farm Product & Experience Manager

Reports to Owner

Basic Duties:

  • To promote and sell a farm store products and farm experiences.

  • Store inventory.

  • Store ordering.

  • Schedules and staffing.

  • Staff training and development.

  • Works store shifts.

  • Online store maintenance and shipping of products including website store updates regularly and responding to customer inquiries online.

Schedule:

  • Must be flexible to farm needs. Could work any combination on a weekly basis including weekends, holidays and some evenings.

  • Starting at 24 hours per week and evolving into 40 hours per week based upon farm needs and performance of individual.

  • Must be available to work on site.

Qualifications:

  • Very positive and upbeat demeanor.

  • Can work well with a team and independently as needed.

  • Customer service expert.

  • Health conscious, oriented, and authentically into holistic health and healthy lifestyle.

  • Administratively adept.

  • Social media marketing adept.

  • Excellent communication for understanding a guests needs–must be able to listen and comprehend well.

Compensation and benefits commensurate with skill level and experience.
