Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Honey’s Harvest Farm is a regenerative agriculture farm practicing the principles of permaculture in our farming methods. The farm has been in business since 2016, and we opened our onsite farm store in November 2021. In addition to growing vegetables, fruits, herbs, and nuts in our gardens and food forest, we provide fun and healthy farm workshops and experiences. Next door to the farm is our 2-acre retreat property, Honey’s Farmhouse Retreat, where we host retreats and rent out the space. Our detox program, Detox with Anna, is another facet of the business that we are actively growing. Our purpose is to create a healthier world by providing nutrient dense products and experiences that empower people with knowledge, practices, foods, herbal medicine, and lifestyle choices that promote optimal health for life.

We are currently seeking a full-time administrator with a background in marketing. We have a very small, cohesive team that strongly values mutual respect. The ideal candidate for this position would be self-motivated and able to work well both independently and in a group. While some onsite tasks are required, remote work is possible most days of the week. Willingness to work at least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) preferred. This position supports the company and the owner administratively and is responsible for effectively marketing products, services, experiences and venues. Must have excellent phone and writing skills, work efficiently independently and have basic knowledge of Microsoft suite applications and Excel.

As a team member at Honey’s Harvest Farm, you’ll enjoy:

  • Flexible hours

  • Friendly and supportive work culture

  • Option to work remotely and in-person (about 3 days/week onsite for some amount of time)

  • Opportunity to help grow and develop a new business

Honey’s Harvest Farm is located in Lothian, Maryland, which is less than an hour from Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and northern Virginia.

Please apply by sending your resume to info@honeysharvest.com. If we think you might be a good fit for the position, we will contact you to schedule an interview. Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to hearing from you.
