Farm Product & Experience Manager
Reports to Owner
Basic Duties:
To promote and sell a farm store products and farm experiences.
Store inventory.
Store ordering.
Schedules and staffing.
Staff training and development.
Works store shifts.
Online store maintenance and shipping of products including website store updates regularly and responding to customer inquiries online.
Schedule:
Must be flexible to farm needs. Could work any combination on a weekly basis including weekends, holidays and some evenings.
Starting at 24 hours per week and evolving into 40 hours per week based upon farm needs and performance of individual.
Must be available to work on site.
Qualifications:
Very positive and upbeat demeanor.
Can work well with a team and independently as needed.
Customer service expert.
Health conscious, oriented, and authentically into holistic health and healthy lifestyle.
Administratively adept.
Social media marketing adept.
Excellent communication for understanding a guests needs–must be able to listen and comprehend well.
Compensation and benefits commensurate with skill level and experience.
