Farm Store Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all farm store and farmers market operations

  • Ensures safe and proper handling, ordering, storage, and sale of all products

  • Handles product inventory tracking, rotation, and reporting

  • Sales and marketing in-store, at markets and other retail stores, and online

  • Creates a fun, educational, and welcoming farm store and farm market environment

  • Responsible for farm store hours of operation and all duties associated with the proper store operations, policies and procedures, scheduling of staff members, and hiring and training of any new store team members

  • Responsible for online sales, including product shipping in a safe and timely fashion in accordance with company policies

  • Assists with First and Third Sunday Market administration, organization and operation

  • Assists with workshops and events as needed

  • Responsible for projects assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be passionate about herbal medicines, teas, farm fresh plans and products, healthy living, and holistic wellness

  • Experience in some of the following is required: regenerative or organic farming or gardening, herbalism, retail, sales and marketing, inventory control, holistic health

  • Must have retail experience and be versed in point-of-sale systems and marketing displays and be able to apply them to Honey’s Farm Store effectively

  • Must work well with Honey’s Team Members in a collaborative, caring, and committed fashion

  • Must authentically align with the Purpose, Vision, and Mission of Honey’s Harvest Farm
