Join Anna and Rebecca in the fields and kitchen for an interactive, hands-on juicing workshop!
During this workshop we will first go foraging on the farm with Anna (weather permitting) for some delicious and nutrient-packed wild and cultivated greens. Then we will head back to the retreat house kitchen, where Chef Rebecca will show us some different types of juicers and demonstrate her juicing technique.
You will get to take home a pint of freshly made green juice, a bag of greens for juicing at home, and some delicious recipes to get you started on your own at-home juicing journey!
