Are you interested in learning more about lacto-fermentation? Oksana's Farm is excited to offer an introduction and beginners’ guide into the how’s, what’s, and why’s of the traditional fermentation process.
Attendees will discuss topics such as:
1. The origin and principles behind fermentation.
2. The importance of probiotics in lacto-fermented foods.
3. Examples and ideas of whole food ferments.
A demonstration by Oksana into the process and techniques used by her to ferment will be included. Those attendees will also take home a jar of fermenting vegetable goodness to observe as it ferments, not to mention the knowledge and confidence gained to experiment further.
