Join Jenn Gibson (RYT-200) Nov. 14 at 10 a.m. for a relaxing one-hour Yin Yoga class held at Honey's Harvest Farm.
Yin Yoga is a passive and meditative practice, where poses are held for three to five minutes, allowing gravity to help create more flexibility in the body. Think quiet ease, deep breaths, and soft eyes. We'll close with a long savasana and mini-sound bath.
After class, participants can enjoy herbal tea and farm-to-table snacks and take a tour of the garden.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any props you'd like to use. Class will be in the barn and heated, but please dress in layers to make sure you stay cozy and comfortable. Please wear a mask when not on your mat—social distancing is required.
