A Regenerative Breathwork Circle at Honey's Harvest Farm where we will breathe on the land, learn of its regenerative practices, and sample its goodness. In a Breathwork Circle you will find support and like-minded souls that will hold you close to their heart as you will them.

Breathwork is an active, efficient, and effective technique that allows you to disconnect from the thinking mind, and enter a different state of consciousness.

Whether you are new to breathwork or have practiced many times, all are welcome.
