Intro to Soap Making Class, Saturday September 13

Where: The Barn at Honey’s Harvest Farm (5801 Brooks Woods Rd, Lothian MD 20711)

When: Saturday September 13, 2025, 1pm-3pm

Workshop Leader: Kim Hyland

Join Kim Hyland, owner of Gray Goat Soaps, for a natural soap making class at Honey's Harvest Farm.

The class will begin with a rundown of how soap is made, including an overview of the necessary tools and ingredients and some useful resources for you to use in your own soap making journey. Then Kim will demonstrate how she makes her goat's milk soap and adds scents and decorations. There will be plenty of time for questions throughout the class, and you will walk away with a bar of soap, a list of resources, a recipe or two, and lots of soap making knowledge!

Please note that this is a soap making demonstration. You will get a ton of great knowledge and resources from this class!

One ticket per attendee is required. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
