This class is a perfect reset for anyone experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, or stress. Shift from a fight, flight, or freeze state into a place of calm and well-being. This class will include pranayama (breathwork) as well as other practices that stimulate the vagus nerve, which allows our body to enter a complete state of rest. You will leave feeling relaxed and centered.
