This meal plan, designed for Anna’s 10 Day Detox, includes three or five days’ worth of delicious, healing food that will nourish and support your body. Chef Rebecca uses organically grown ingredients straight from Honey’s Harvest Farm’s living soil to craft these nutrient dense meals.

Here’s what’s included:

• 3 or 5 portions of vacuum-sealed, frozen vegetable soup

• 3 or 5 portions of vacuum-sealed, frozen seasonal stir fry

• 3 or 5 portions of vacuum-sealed, frozen protein bites
